Substitutions
By making a purchase on mysophistichic.com, Customer understands that substitution may need to be made based on season, availability of flowers or other unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances. Customer authorizes substitutions within a specific color palette. Necessary substitutions will be at the designer’s discretion.
Currency and Sales Taxes
All purchase items are in United States Dollar currency. We only accept payments in US Dollars. Please check an online currency converter to calculate the cost in your currency. All purchases are subject to Florida sales taxes.
Cancellation
A written request for cancellation is required 24 hours prior to the delivery time of orders. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled if items have been sent out for delivery. No Refunds. Please check carefully before submitting your order.
Delivery
My Sophistichic is located in Doral-Miami and hand delivers to Miami Dade and Broward counties Monday to Sunday from 9 am to 7 pm.
Please note that a delivery fee increase may apply around certain holidays.
Same Day delivery: If you order before 12:00 pm in the recipient’s time zone, we can typically deliver the flowers the same day Monday through Sunday after 3 pm.
​Specific Times: We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time. You may request a time frame in the special instruction box when ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your request
